Our Factory
Tong Shing Precision Toys operates a modern, large-scale manufacturing base with multiple dedicated workshops — including injection molding, automated sorting, printing, hand assembly, and testing. Our main assembly hall houses multiple extra-long conveyor-belt production lines accommodating hundreds of skilled workers simultaneously, with total plant capacity capable of handling tens of millions of units for global blockbuster IP products and holiday peak seasons.
The entire facility is highly standardized with industrial logistics totes, pallets and powered conveyor belts connecting all departments. We maintain ISO-grade cleanroom facilities with stainless steel air showers, anti-static epoxy flooring, full PPE protocols, and comprehensive industrial LEV exhaust systems — meeting the strictest international audit standards from ICTI, BSCI and major IP licensors such as Disney FAMA.
As a commitment to green manufacturing, our on-site recycling facility processes injection sprues and runners in real-time, converting waste into reusable pellets to significantly reduce material costs and environmental impact.
