IPQC — In-Process Quality Control
Dedicated QC inspectors patrol assembly lines. Flash/burr inspection on injection parts, paint accuracy checks, adhesive bond strength — all monitored in real-time.
FQC — Final Quality Control
100% appearance and function inspection on every finished product. Color matching, assembly completeness, mechanism testing — nothing ships without full verification.
OQC — Outgoing Quality Control
Packaging integrity verification. Correct labels, barcodes, quantity counts and protective packaging confirmed before sealing.
Lab Testing — ISTA Grade
In-house vibration tester and drop test equipment simulate real transport conditions. Every batch verified to withstand truck, rail and ocean freight.
Shipping Verification
Final packaging protection audit. Carton crush test, stacking verification and moisture protection checks before containers are sealed.
