Each machine is equipped with a high-sensitivity photo-electric sensor and touch-panel interface. How It Works Parts are loaded into the vibrating bowl hopper. The bowl vibrates at a calibrated frequency, causing parts to travel along a spiral track in single file. As each part passes the photo-electric sensor, it is counted with absolute precision.
